Blue Shield is one of the leading health plans in one of the nation's most mature managed-care states, with 7,000 employees serving over 2.6 million members. One of Blue Shield's most important Business goals is to increase its membership base and provide them with better customer service. As part of this important customer service initiative, Blue Shield utilizes a healthcare Website called "www.mylifepath.com"

Array Design was asked to re-architect and re-design the site as well as help with the transition from one content provider to another.

Our team worked closely with Blue Shield's to develop a content strategy, supporting architecture, visual interface and implementation guidelines.
